Keep Moving!<\/h3>\n

I don’t know about you, but I am spending WAY too much time on the computer these days.\u00a0 If it wasn’t for shooting videos on location for this course, I’m not sure I would ever be moving.\u00a0 Classes and work are important, but health always needs to come first or other aspects of our lives fall apart.\u00a0 Hopefully this Guide’s media piece give you an excuse to get (safely) outdoors.\u00a0 If we were together on a campus, we would be walking for 10 minutes each hour or so between classroom buildings.\u00a0 Even if this now means getting up and walking in circles around a room, we need to keep moving!<\/p>\n
