Mid-Course Adjustment
Often even if things are going well, the best of us can start to get tired and a bit burned out. Take a total break, even if it’s just a short time: take a walk, listen to favorite music, spend time with a friend. When you are ready to dive back into work, don’t accept the mantra “I have to do this,” instead its “I get to do this” and when I’m successfully done, “I get to do that!”
